Second: operational data within the system
We process data entered by the customer such as sales and invoices, customer and supplier records, inventory and product data, point of sale records, accounting data, and reports. This data belongs to the customer, and we process it only on their behalf.

Third: technical data
Such as internet protocol addresses, devices and browser type, login records, usage data, and cookies.

3. How we use data
   We use data to operate the system, manage accounts, provide technical support, improve services, issue invoices, comply with regulations, and protect the system from misuse.
   We do not sell personal data.

   Contract performance, user consent when required, legal compliance, and legitimate interests related to system security and service improvement.
