- Nature of service
We provide a cloud based multi-subscriber enterprise resource planning and point of sale system offered on a subscription basis via the internet. - Account creation
Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activities under their account. - Subscriptions and payment
The system/service is subscription based and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may suspend system/service for non-payment. - System use
It is prohibited to attempt system hacking, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, illegal use, or resale of the system/service without permission. - Customer data
Data belongs to the customer. We act only as a data processor. The customer is responsible for the legality of the data. - Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur. - Backups
We perform regular back-ups, but the customer is responsible for keeping copies of important data. - Third party integrations
We are not responsible for the performance of external services or connected devices. - Intellectual property
All system software and design rights belong to us. The customer receives a limited usage license only. - Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our maximum liability does not exceed the subscription fees paid during the most recent period. - Regulatory compliance
The customer is responsible for compliance with tax, electronic invoicing, data protection, and other applicable regulations. The system does not provide legal or accounting advice. - Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms or non-payment. Customers may cancel according to the approved process. - Modifications
We may update these terms and continued use constitutes acceptance. - Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. - Contact
